Refund policy

Thanks to the Drip Culture Check you see your item before it ships. If something still isn't right when it arrives, returning it is simple.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to return it. If you are a consumer in the EU, this is your legal right of withdrawal and you do not need to give a reason.

What can be returned

Any item in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. This applies to every order, including limited drops and sale items.

How a return is resolved

When you start a return, you choose one of three options:

  1. Refund to your original payment method, within 5 business days after the item reaches us and passes inspection.
  2. Exchange for another item on the site. Any price difference is charged or refunded.
  3. Store credit for the value of the item plus a 10% bonus, issued as soon as the return is approved. Store credit does not expire.

Return shipping

  • Defective, damaged or wrong item: we send you a prepaid label and refund 100% of what you paid.
  • Change of mind or wrong size: you pay for return shipping. We refund the full price of the item; the return shipping cost is not refunded.

How to start a return

Email hello@dripculture.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with the return instructions and address. Please do not ship anything before you receive them.

After your return arrives

We inspect returns within 2 business days of receiving them. If everything is in order, your chosen option is processed right away.

When a return cannot be accepted

  • The item has been worn, washed or altered.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.
  • The 14-day window has passed.
  • The item was damaged in transit because of poor return packaging.

Your legal rights, including the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity for EU consumers, are not affected by this policy.
