Antes de escrever, preciso entender o nível de exposição que você quer. Página de contato pode ser:
- Minimalista (só email + WhatsApp) — funciona, mas perde oportunidade de marca
- Editorial (email + WhatsApp + horários + tempo de resposta + tom da equipe) — recomendado, transforma "fale conosco" em ativo
- Completa (tudo acima + endereço físico + formulário + FAQ rápida) — mais robusta, mas só faz sentido se você já tem dados da empresa

What to include when you write
A few seconds of context saves us both time:
- For order questions — your order number (starts with #) and what you'd like to know
- For sizing help — the piece you're considering and your usual size in similar fits
- For returns or exchanges — your order number and reason
- For press or partnerships — what you're working on and what you're proposing
Response times — honestly
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00 CET: usually within a few hours, often within one hour Weekends and Italian holidays: within one business day, sometimes faster During major drops: we prioritize verification material first, then everything else — response times may stretch to 24 hours, but no message is left unanswered
If you haven't heard back within 48 hours, check your spam folder first, then write again. Sometimes emails don't make it through. We always do.
