These Terms apply to your use of dripculture.co (the “Site”) and to any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept them.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Drip Culture, Viale Guglielmo Marconi, 16020 GE, Italy. Email: hello@dripculture.co. “Drip Culture”, “we” and “us” refer to the store; “you” refers to anyone who visits the Site or places an order.
2. Products and availability
Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per customer and decline an order, in full or in part, if an item becomes unavailable. If we decline an order after payment, you receive a full refund within 5 business days.
3. How an order works
- You add items to your cart, enter your details, choose shipping and payment, and confirm the order.
- You receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we received the order.
- Your order goes through the Drip Culture Check (allocation, verification, approval, dispatch), described in our Shipping Policy. During approval you have 48 hours to confirm the photos and video of your item, or to ask for a swap or a cancellation at no cost.
- The sale becomes final when the order is dispatched.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your country or region and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Any taxes and shipping costs are shown before you pay. Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. How to return an item, who pays return shipping and your refund options are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Legal guarantee
EU consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery. If an item is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.
8. Verification photos and video
The photos and video we take of your item during the Drip Culture Check are created only for your order, shared only with you, kept for 18 months and used only to fulfil the order and resolve disputes. They are never used for marketing.
9. Your account and use of the Site
Keep your login details private and give us accurate information. Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes, try to access our systems without permission, use bots or scrapers, or place orders with fraudulent payment details. We may suspend accounts and cancel orders in case of fraud or abuse.
10. Content and intellectual property
The Drip Culture name, logo, photos, texts and design of the Site belong to Drip Culture or its licensors. You may browse and share links for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse our content commercially without written permission. Third-party brand names shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
11. Reviews
If you send us a review or photo, you confirm it is your own, honest and lawful, and you allow us to display it on the Site and our social channels. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
12. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit, including for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier failures or government restrictions. If this affects your order, we will tell you and offer to wait, reschedule or cancel with a full refund.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
15. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.
