RETURNS & REFUNDS
We stand behind every piece we send.
Because of The Driculture Check, you've already approved your piece before it shipped — or had 48 hours to do so. That step exists to prevent surprises. But if something still isn't right when it arrives, we make it simple.
The window
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law, and we honor it without questions.
What can be returned
Any piece, in original condition, with all tags attached, in its original packaging. This applies to every order — including limited drops, sale items, and pieces from The Edit. Nothing is "final sale" at Driculture. If you bought it, you can return it.
Three ways to resolve a return — your choice
When you start a return, you choose how it's resolved:
1. Full refund — back to your original payment method, processed within 5 business days of us receiving the piece.
2. Exchange — for any other piece on the site, equal or different value (with adjustment).
3. Store credit — issued the moment we approve your return, with a 10% bonus added on top. Use it any time, on anything. No expiration.
Return shipping
How return shipping is handled depends on the reason:
If the piece is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — we cover the return shipping in full. We send you a prepaid label, and your refund includes 100% of what you paid.
If you're returning because you changed your mind, sizing didn't work, or the piece simply wasn't for you — return shipping is your responsibility. Your refund covers the full price of the item, but not the return shipping cost. We don't profit from this — it goes directly to the courier.
How to start a return
Email hello@driculture.com or message us on WhatsApp [+XX XXX XXX XXXxX] within 14 days of delivery. Tell us the order number and reason. We respond within one business day with next steps.
Once your return arrives
We inspect within 2 business days of receipt. If everything is in order, your chosen resolution is processed immediately — refund, exchange, or store credit, in your hands.
Pieces we can't accept back
Returns lose eligibility only when:
- The piece was worn, washed, or altered
- Tags or original packaging are missing
- The 14-day window has passed
- The piece arrives damaged due to return packaging (please pack it as carefully as we packed it for you)
A note on fairness
We're a small operation. We treat every return as a real conversation, not a ticket. If your situation falls outside these rules but feels fair, write to us. We'd rather make it right than hide behind policy.
