SHIPPING POLICY
Our pace is intentional.
At Driculture, every piece is verified before it leaves for you. This is not standard e-commerce — it's the reason our delivery window is what it is, and the reason we're confident about what arrives at your door.
The Driculture Check
Each order passes through a four-step process before shipping:
1. Allocation — Once your order is placed, your specific piece is reserved at our partner atelier in Europe.
2. Verification — We capture HD photos and a short video of the exact item allocated to you. Stitching, finish, tags, dimensions — documented before anything moves.
3. Approval — The verification material is sent to you for review. You have 48 hours to confirm or request a swap. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, we proceed with dispatch — your verification material remains saved in your order history.
4. Dispatch — Your piece is packed and handed to our courier with full tracking.
Delivery window
7 to 14 business days from order to doorstep, including the verification step. Most orders arrive within 10 days.
We don't promise next-day. We promise the right piece, verified, packed with care, in your hands.

Worldwide. No country excluded.
Shipping cost
Free, everywhere. No minimum order. No surprises at checkout.
Tracking
You receive tracking the moment your piece is dispatched. Updates are sent at every stage — allocation, verification, approval window, dispatch, delivery.
Customs and duties
Orders within the European Union ship duty-paid. For orders outside the EU, local customs may apply on delivery, depending on your country's regulations. We declare every shipment honestly and at full value.
Lost or undelivered packages
Every order ships with full tracking. In the rare event a package is lost in transit or marked as undelivered after the courier's investigation period, we make it right — your choice between a full refund or a replacement piece, on us.
Address changes
You can modify your shipping address any time before the Approval step. After dispatch, address changes are handled by the courier directly.
